Completing the game once gives you the Stars outfit, where Leon is wearing the Racoon Police department outfit and Ashley is wearing some kind of Popstar outfit, this isn't the one that gives Ashley the unlimited health. If I remember correctly, completing Assignment Ada will give you the Gangster Outfit for Leon, and the Kights Armor for Ashley. This gives Ashley unlimited health.

yeah. Just bead AA, and Ashley has a full set of armour not even a missle pod can cut through. And none of your enemies can carry her away.

Yea the armor is great, but she clanks when she moves and that is a bit annoying. But all health can be used on Leon.
