Things are actually looking somewhat bright for localization considering that the petition for it is doing well and that the producer himself, Yoko Taro, supported the petition and is happy that those outside of japan want it localized.

Really? Where is this petition? I've got to sign it!

Oh and the opening for LR looks cool...

*pushes up glasses* Allow me to explain.

The happy ending of XIII was retconned by God(dess), because the Goddess intervened to save Lightning and the others from their crystallization. But doing so caused everything to go out of balance, so in XIII-2, time got messed up and screwy, so Lightning was chosen by the Goddess to be a guardian in Valhalla where time doesn't exist so that she could observe time and help guide Serah to fix it. But Serah didn't fix it, and long story short, the villain of XIII-2, Caius, caused a time crash which more or less destroyed the world. Lightning became crystallized on the Goddess's throne to avoid the whole mess with time exploding on itself until the dust settled and she could fix the world. Now everybody exists in Valhalla, in a sort of timeless realm where, theoretically, nobody can age (but Snow can grow his hair, and Hope can De-Age himself, apparently). In 13 days, the weird in-between-ness of the world will end, and a new dimension...world will be born, and it's Lightning's job to be all Grim Reaper-y and guide the souls trapped in Valhalla to the new world so that everyone can live Happily Ever After (tm). At least, that's how I understand the Story So Far.

...Which makes no sense, but any game that dabbles with time travel never makes any sense, so whatever Square Enix, but I'll still be buying this game probably the day it comes out.
*takes glasses off and smashes them on the ground*

But the most important thing to note about this trailer is that Lightning's increased boob size is very apparent.

But will the game give her armpit enough screen time?

They probably didn't want to give any spoilers about how many appearances Lightning's Armpit would make.

The next gen FF looks way better. And i am actually getting tired of square enix using time travel loops to extend dead storys. KH:3D almost completely turned me off of the series, but KH:3 looks too good to pass on. Cant say the same for this one though.

They should make it like 'Dirge of Cerebus' gameplay style rather than focusing too much on RPG!

I like how every new FF is LESS rpg like and more action-y. Also with every new game, we the players, do less and less in the game to the point where the AI does everything. Also *bleep* QTE and what ever shit face thinks everyone wants this spammed in a game.

Ya know what *bleep* Enix and their pathetic attempts to revive/save the shit 13 sub series.

.......*bleep* HOPE!
