How and where can I complete all 3 Bond Moments during that last mission Everything or Nothing. I am able to get the "falling debris" but, I cannot "enter the vault", "open what is closed", or "find a hidden weapons cache"...someone please help

You know this game would have been cool if there were more levels this game took me an hour or two to beat
