Subject: How do I use UAV etc in multiplayer?

I have just started playing and cannot figure out how to get my UAV etc to come up. What do I do when they are ready for use?

Press the right side of the D pad (assuming you're on console). All of your streaks will stack there.
If you earn another streak before you use a previous one, you can cycle through then with up/down on the D pad. There is a graphic depicting which is selected in the bottom right of the HUD.

Big-time Youtuber ELPREADOR still doesn't know how to use his scorestreaks. I just watched a video of his where he gets all three in the first two minutes yet the game ends without him using them.

I'll go for a punt that if you play on the PC, I think it's number 3.
