I've been impressed so far. The only two knocks I have at the moment is that I've got into a couple of laggy lobbies (this is a Treyarch game, so I was expecting that) and I'm a little miffed that they've level gated Scorestreaks.

A few. The largest is the *bleep*ing filter system. Just like the first Black Ops, you can't use anything but jibber jabber in your clan tag. I can't use any that I used to use...
The spawning as well is ridiculous. It's as if Treyarch tossed the idea of proximity locking spawn spots out the window. I am constantly getting shot in the ass from areas I already checked where someone spawns in. It makes me feel like the only real way to handle the game is to go face to face. Plus, there's been a few instances as well where the enemy team will still spawn in front of me. Causing a huge spawn killing problem.

My only complaint so far is that select-fire only lets you switch between burst and auto.
My hopes and dreams of a semi-auto SCAR have been dashed.
I don't really have gameplay-related gripe yet. I guess it's still early enough that people haven't figured out annoying weapon/perk setups or camping spots.
One of my acquaintances (friend of a friend who was in our party) hated the game, and said he was going to return it tomorrow. But he's a guy who considers 30 and 10 a bad game.

major gripe is definitely the kill not showing up as visibly as it should - will take some getting used to
....oh and just had an attempt at host migration that was awful and left me in the loading screen for about 5mins, before I had to quit

As for moans, it sounds some patches may be in order already. I haven't even played it because, as usual, my deliveries always come last.

First match I got put into was a match of TDM where we were 20 points behind and got spawn killed twice (only died 5 times). Shades of Black Ops.. Why!? It was going so well!
Edit: Yup, the spawns are starting to annoy me now as are poor teammates. I hate getting annoyed at a game but when someone goes 1-17 and basically gives them score-streaks where the rest of us get *bleep*ed up is annoying. Spawned and was killed within 1 second about 8 times in the last match.
Edit: 4 host migrations in one game and pretty bad lag. Searching for best connection hasn't helped, either. I've only played a few games.
