Subject: Can we download PC version in the USA?

Now that the PC version is available for download on the Konami site, can we download it in the USA? I tried it from Gamesplanet and was not able to access it, even though we were able to get it from them in years past.
So before I waste more money, I would like to hear if any other Americans have been able to play the PC version.

Does it say EU version?
Although for digital download, it shouldn't matter. Should it?

The Gamesplanet downloader says there is an error and I can't access the setup file. Of course with Gamesplanet there is no customer support. I'm assuming its a region specific issue.
Unfortunately the download link on the Konami site takes me back to Gamesplanet...

update - I was able to get it to work. The problem was with the Metaboli downloader. So I had to download each file manually, at incredibly slow speed. After about 25 hours of downloads I got the setup file to work.
PS - it was well worth the wait!
