Subject: Mt Gagazet Seymour's second form

do u think someone can tell me how to beat seymour in his second form?
butt one thing i kno is that when the sidekick or whateva it is does mortiobsorsion or however u spell it it takes blood from seymour so he dies little by little
but i want to know if there's another way to defeat him:confused:

First off, its technically his 3rd form.
As for the actual battle, hes one of the harder bosses in the game. I would suggest some training to power up a little bit.

The way I killed him is to start out with hastega and cast protect on all of your charecters then use bio on him after that juse use all of your overdrives and that should kill him, and if you want cast haste on seymour so when he uses lance of atrony you hae time to use a holy water.

IIRC, it's generally suggested you hit him with bio as he doesn't have immunity to it and it will suck away his health.
I still rate this fight as being one of the toughest in the game.

i agree hes one of the hardest.. all over drives must be full for the characters and the aeons..and you must have some pots like holy water.. use bio on him hes not immune on that skill.

I've never had a problem with any of Seymopur's forms. for this one, I just rotate everyone in, removing zombie status as needed and have Yuna summon Bahamut and use his overdrive, and always get an >overkill< for extra goodies.
