I wouldn't know how. I might try out some mods, but most likely I'd keep the game vanilla, unless I really wanted to change/add something.
I generally restrict the mods I use to Fallout/TES games.

I'm always a fan of using FXAA Post Injector and ENB mods.. Not sure this game will support them though. I know FXAA Post Injector works for most games, but I never tried it on Terraria.
