Subject: Error/bug?

So earlier yesterday I got an error message after I clicked on a notification.
It's been messing with the quotes as far as I can tell, it's not really that bothersome but it is a bit of a nuisance.
It took me a while to notice where the quotes where ending. Should I report this as a bug?

If part of the site isn't working as it should do then yeah, by all means report it in the appropriate bug forum. There's a chance some of it might have to do with this but alerting staff to any broken elements is still vital.
Though obviously, provide as much detail as possible when reporting bugs so people may attempt to replicate the bug and see where the problem may lie.
