Wait so when it says this:

RogueOperator, I am sure that there will be plenty of perpetually spawning random events in the city such as runaway cars and crimes to stop that won't end once you get the Trophy/Achievement. It could be that the achievement is simply for completing one of every different type of instance.

Im guessing its going to be something like clearing each event in each section of Manhattan at least one time.

Good to see it's not so race heavy like another Spidey game I could mention was...
15 secret achievements. Too much to hope that each one is defeating a different villain...
