ok 1st of this is NOT a post on weather as such it is however a post on the EFFECTS on the city and so on THUS THE TITAL WEATHER RELATED.
in GTAVI that many may stil play AS I AM AGAIN we all know of the people poping out umbrellas and using newpapers to cover ther g=head as it rains THIS IS RELATED TO THE WEATHER AKA WEATHER RELATED.
JUST 2 days ago THIS hit my bran as I whent to the grocery stor to get some snacks.
it was a HOT HOT SUNNY DAY MOSTLY then a SMALL THUNDERSTOMR hit and it PORED DOWN RAIN like in GTAVI/ i ran in the store SO not to get 2 wet and then got the 5 or 6 items i needed then AS i drove home i thought WOW THIS WOULD BE SOOO COOL IN GTAV.
as i drove home STEEM was rising from the BURING HOT ROAD thanks to the COOL RAN we had THEN i hit a patch of water by a RAIN GUTTER and the water MADE A HUGE ROOSTER TAIL on one side of my old truck COVERING a car waing to exit a MC DONNELDS .
SO think of it in GTAV HOT HOT DAY then a COOLING RAIN that leaves STANDING WATER in low areas LIKE A RAIN GUTTER as you car SPEED AND HITS THIS PUDDLE it SPRAYS A HUGE PATH OF SPRAY COVERING ANYTING IN ITS PATH .
also wnat about as you walk SPLASHING in a puddle NO NOT LIKE A KID just a SPLASH as your feet splash IN AND OUT of the puddle as you walk .
howabout having slik areas of both a road and walking areas. THINK JUST AFTER it starts to rain BEFOR it can wash the OIL/GREESE and crap off the road you can can SUDENLY slidde to on side OR IF you are at a light and start ouf spinn the wheels at a VERY low speed and the back will slide to one side.
IF your walking you can SLIP AND FALL THINK of watching folks so SLIP yeall and FALL FLAT ON THE BUTTS or FACES or so on and so forth.
if it is WINDY and i mean a STRONG WIND m how about the WIND TURING A HI PROFILE AUTO on its side LIKE A YANKEE or 18 WHEELER or so on.
if it i s HOT MOST people were summer style clothing IF it is COLD they were heavy coats pants and shoes and so on IF it is raining they may have on a rain sllicker like COPS hav on OVER THE CLOSE so not to get wet.
these are just the BEST of what i can think of now THANKS and keep safe and lets all HOPE GTAV is as GRAND AS WE ALL HOPE AND PRAYY IT WILL BE

I like these ideas. Would definitely add to the atmosphere of the game.
Also, you know on a hot day, the mirage of water on the road in the distance. That'd be cool to see..
Thunderstorms.. Red Dead Redemption, in my opinion, had the best thunderstorms I've seen and heard in a game. But still lacked one crucial thing thunderstorms in real life have: lightning hitting ground.. That would be awesome to see in GTAV. With a small chance of people getting struck by lightning, not so much in the city but the surrounding countryside, it'd make the thunderstorms feel more real. Just don't take cover under a tree....

Very nice man. It should be like Red Dead Redemption but a better one. With plenty of weather changes. Also, it should be Downpour when we are playing a sad mission, sunny when it's a mission about having fun, very dark night when we are playing a mission in the forest area

NOW with what i postedhere in in my other post on lighting lets add more elements to GTAV like on a HOT HOT day he shuld whipe swet off of his body on a cold day he should shiver in the fols and spot seam every time he opens his mouth AND the colder it is the more and farther the steam floats.
NOW with the LIGHTING oi LOVE your idea i am a STORM LOVER and would be a STORM CHASER so much so on the DESCOVERY CHANNEL TV SHOW STORMCHASERS I WOULD DRIVE THE TIV or DOMANATER INTO ANY TORNADO I WANTED.
DID I SAY TORNADO ? YES THIS WOULD BE FREEKING AWESOM E to HAVE in the game alltho make it like in SAINTS ROW3 AND PROF GINKI MAKE A TORNADO ONLY POP UP in say every 100 or 200 STORMS NOT like in MY HOME STATE OF TEXAS were we get tornadit stoms all the time.
NOW BACK TO THE LIGHING HOWABOUT THE SUPER SLIM CHANCE OF BEING STRUCK BY LLIGHTINING. make it ONLY happen in one of 500 OR MORE STORMS.
NOW with that said THINK of walking out on a GOLF CORSE and SPOTTING SOME STORM CLOUDS not far off as you go to swing your club BLAMO !!! .
YOU WATCH AS A BIG BOLT OF LIGHTNING SLAMS INTO THE PROTAGANIST SENDING HIM FLYING RAGDOLL STYL 50 OR SO FEET FROM were HE was THEN watch as PARAMEDICS RUN UP PLACE HIM IN AN AMBULANCE AKA EMS UNIT AND THEN WAKE IN THE HOSPITAL .
THIS IS SUPER SUPER RARE BEING STRUCK ON THE GROUND as it SHOULD BE.
BUT OOOO BUT if your FLYING A PLANE IN A STORM IT HAS A MUCH GREAT CHANSE OF BEING STRUCK AFTER ALL all planes WELL MOST are made to TAKE LIGHTING STRIKES think of this your flying a SMALL DO DO style plane DO DO of OLDER gta games .
YOUR HIT MY LIGHTING and the plane banks or looses contoll JUST a shot time OR the one in 500 PLUS cahec ot THAT LIGHTNING KNOCKING OFF A WING or MOTER or BOTH . NOW if and when this happend you can go don with th plan TRYING to land it or LEAP 4 YOUR SORRY LIFE.
NOW if your on the top of a tall sky scraper with a LIGHTNING ROD or a TRANSMITTING TOWER like RODERDAM TOWER in GTAVI think IT is SO TALL it NEEDS THE LIGHTNING ROOD because in MOST STORMS IT IS HIT .
THIS would b e a bit f FUN think of the SLO MO REPLAY of your dying in GTAVI.
NOW think of standing on RODERDAME TOWER AND AS A LIGHTING BOLDT HITS YOUR SENT 50 OFF THE TOWERS RAG DOLING TO THE FAR BELOW PAVMENT making a big SPLAT . SOMEONE BRING A MOP AND SPONGE AND A BUCKET OF WATER TO WAS THE GUY UP LOL
NOW to darshd i like the ideas you have also say in GTAVI ROMAN'S SORRO or LOOSING KATE both i agree should have a SAD FEEL TO THEM be it dark and cludy day or rainging or both .
on a missin like BRUSIE #1 then a clar day to c it all and win the race and by a long way .
on a mission like say decounstruction for beginners for PLAYBOY-X than a good clear day SO you have a good clear un abstructed shot on a mission like any chace any weather will do
