Okay guys I've had a few people saying they would rather 10 bids for the foreign transfers. I think with a couple of people picking weaker teams it may be best we do this.
SO TO CONFIRM YOU NOW HAVE 10 FOREIGN TRANSFER BIDS!
You may not get all 10 players, that's unlucky, there will be no other bids made.
You will also get an extra £250m for foreign transfer which will be added to your remaining budget.
Remember the deadline is WEDNESDAY 7.30 P.M (For the normal transfers)
Although we may push it to Thursday if that's preferred.
Also, if there are transfers put in the comments before the deadline but not confirmed. Then those deals just need to be confirmed and they can still happen. However if the comment is made after the deadline then the deal can't happen.

No you do that after the window between managers, so around Thursday time it will start.
