Subject: Why does my Virtual Pro always Appear In My Team?

Every time I start a new manager mode with Cardiff my Virtual Pro player is in the squad, I don't want this as I want a totally realistic game with no VP.
I've transfer the VP to Free Agents, I've transfered him to Chivas USA too and still the VP appears in my team, even though I just choose "Download latest squads" option on the start up.
It's really bugging me at the moment, can anyone help?

When you start your career, are you choosing "Default + Virtual Pro" for your squads? Try changing it to just "Default".

Yeah I read that, but "Download latest Squads" isn't "Use Default Squads" is it? If you tell it to use the Default Squads then it'll just use the squads that are stock on the disc and MIGHT not use your Virtual Pro. If you've not tried it then give it a go.

Don't worry about it, did you try it? I took a look after you can only choose "Default + Virtual Pro" if you're a player manager... Are you trying to do Player Manager or normal Manager?

sorry if im a bit late but i just saw this... when you select download latest after that it says play with either Virtual Pro/Create Player/Use Real Player
just try selecting use real player ??

I had this problem and to simply solve it just select manager instead of player manager

just put your virtual pro in a different squad when you start your career
