2002. You all have been served.

I'm kind of curious to see what kind of Fire Emblem stage we will get. Castle Siege was an okay stage. Wasn't one of my favorites but it was pretty unique. I wonder if they will do another unique stage or just give us another stage. I'd be fine with either tbh.

And a stage full of tripping? Just play Brawl!

Coliseum.

Tell me it wouldn't be a good stage.

The Coliseum would do just fine as a stage in the game I believe. ^^

Somehow I knew that you would say something like that.

What I'm more interested in seeing is what are they going to do for the new Ice Climbers stage?

icicle mountain/summit. you would start on the melee stage, going up the mountain but eventually you would reach the summit, which would eventually crumble like in brawl and you would fall into the ocean. when the mountain regrows though, you dont go up with it and you have to climb again.
This seems like an alright idea but a little too involved, and I don't think many would like the idea of another vertical scrolling stage.

Ack.
One IC stage is good enough for me.

They don't exactly need a whole lot of representation.

One stage is all they're ever going to get, but they've already done the mountain climb and the summit. What's left?

Just keep the Summit. That's the only Ice Climbers stage that I actually liked. I hated the mountain climb in Melee. Which reminds me, they need to take out Rumble Falls.

I thought that Icicle Mountain was ok. Didn't really care for the Summit.

Rumble Falls.
How about stages with moving boundaries in general?

Especially Rainbow Cruise >.<

Never cared much for Rainbow Cruise either. It was alright but when you play competitive tournaments in Brawl and people use Meta Knight, then you hate it. >_>

Out of what? Two? But yeah, the Summit is the superior one.

Eh, I've never really had a problem with those kinds of stages, or any stage for that matter, but I know I'm one of the very few.

Then again, I don't play competitively either.

I didn't go to tournaments for long because there wasn't a ton around here but they are a pain in tournaments. Rainbow Cruise should of just stayed in Melee but eh still fun playing for fun.

I play for fun.

Struggling to multitask fighting with keeping up with a moving stage is not my idea of fun.

Andddddd it's rewarded you.

Rumble Falls.... yes. No more. Most of them, no more. They all could be fun, sure, but most didnt hold a specific fondness in my heart, as they did in older games. I think this was simply because too many functioned the same way (as moving courses that had slightly different obstacles) rather than all functioning very differently in themselves.

The difficulty in placing the stages in location (meaning, where in the world they came from) takes this similarity of play and makes it unbearable for me to think most will return, as they additionally just seem to be derived from other games (very loosely... such as 'jungle theme') rather than actually marrying in the old games world and mechanics with that of other games within Brawl.
