Though I'am not the mod for this board,you should
really ask this question on the Lethal Skies board.
This forum should be kept strickly for all things
related to AECA and not Lethal Skies.I really cant
give you any details on how because I recently sold
my copy of the game off,I just wasn't all that fond
of it as I'am with AECA and AC-04.

Press L2 two times, Right, R1 three times, Left two times, R2x4, Start at the main menu. A sound will confirm correct code entry. All planes in campaign mode and two-player mode will be unlocked, including the F-25.
