Perhaps there was another tier to the worship cycle. Alduin-Lesser dragons-blank-dragon priests-priest followers.

Maybe these are dragon lords or something.

I can only hope that this might also mean something for Playstation users.

I've seen vagina mouthed monsters, but never helmets. That's a new one.

Looking forward to trailer.

Yea, they're probably getting shafted again, at least until Bethsoft figures out how to make PS3 add-ons for their games less glitchy..

To be fair, though, it would be a little easier if PS3 had their coding similar to a computer.

That might be fair, if every other multi-platform developer in the world besides Bethesda wasn't able to figure out how to port content to the PS3. But they all can.

It is Bethesda, though. More bugs than a summer night in Louisiana.

Oh my God, you have no idea. I live in Louisiana.

Also, I really really hope it brings us back to Solsthiem. I loved that place.

The helmet is giving me the idea of Falmer, or Snow Elves being back or something like that.
I'm a PS3 player, and I seriously hope the DLC comes out at some point. I still have...some faith in Skyrim, but this whole PS3 not compatible with Skyrim's engine is total balls. Sony, get it together.

At this point, I wouldn't mind just adding crossbows, armor and the ability to customize your character to PS3 version. I mean, in 8 days, it will have been a year since the game came out.

It's all down to memory and the limitations Sony imposed on the PlayStation 3 at launch.

PlayStation 3 has 256Mb of RAM so everything from game files, audio files and the downloadable content must be able to fit in the RAM to be distributed off to either the processor or graphics card. 256Mb isn't much and even back 6-7 years ago it wasn't much so much so that Bethesda back then even said when talking about Oblivion that DLC may be tricky to implement. Though as we know back then they found a way around it but games were smaller then, they weren't as feature filled or as pretty as they are now so it doesn't surprise me that Skyrim faced the issues Oblivion by-passed.

Now you may say "why doesn't the same happen to the Xbox 360 then?". That is simple. Xbox 360 has more RAM it has 512Mb of the stuff, now this is shared with the graphics card but in a game like Skyrim which isn't the prettiest of games it doesn't need much graphics memory giving the game more RAM to play with. When the Xbox 360 maybe has 350-400Mb to work with in comparison to 256Mb you can see why the same issues are not affecting that platform. It all comes down to decisions Sony and Microsoft made 7+ years ago, Microsoft made the better decision and developers with RAM hungry games like Skyrim are reaping the benefits of that decision now.

On the "The Elder Scrolls" Facebook page, they shared the Bethesda photo for this and said "Watch the trailer on Monday". So I'm like 90% sure that this is for a new Skyrim DLC.

There are some interesting theories on that Facebook update tekmosis. Lol.

Apparently the new DLC is about Hermaeus Mora and that picture is the lead priest. Or possibly there is a rival Dragonborn from Morrowind and you have to fight to the death. Or one flustered PS3 user ponders if this update could ACTUALLY make Skyrim playable on his system.

People are funny. Especially that last one.
