Well, like I said before, the more proficient you become at Shouting, the faster you should be able to do it u_u but other than that, it's just a frickin' comic, so there's no harm in spamming a few shouts every now and then, amirite?

Oh, and actually, there WAS a brief cooldown moment when Odahviing was chomping her off, eh? Eh? Maybe Dovahkiin has learned how to Shout as quick as the Greybeards, anyone seen them battle on Youtube? You can see they recharge in SECONDS!

A decent explenation, something to write in later, now that it's been brought to your attention. Nothing a good Retcon can't fix. I love those battles! I set up a few of them myself, but back to the business at hand. The obvious answer is our Fanfics are in parallel universes. Your's is obviously one where the Dovakiin is a chick, so that version of Dreddfell is the one that is the Listener, and did, in fact kill the Emperor. Decapitated him, in fact, from behind, by sawing through his throat. (I actually save scummed until I got the kill I wanted. It has to be a standing Power Attack, roll for Devastating Blow, and trigger the proper animation, so the odds aren't all that high.)

I could write it out for you, but I'm probably going to suspend the prequel pending a decision on how to handle my own Continuity Error (She has to get to Riften, join the Thieves' Guild, and progress through that storyline as far as The Goldenglow Massacre in the time it takes Dovak to go to BFB, pick up a rock, and come back to Dragon's Reach.) to start on the next sequel, and set up for the following character I'll be playing for Dawnguard.

psiberzerker, yeah, that's what I'm thinking myself, I'll have to set up a lot of parallel universes, mostly because of the characters that will be making cameos CAN'T \all be Dragonborn, since, like the Greybeards said, only one has been revealed to them.

And in my character's storyline, being a righteous person, she actually crushed the Dark Brotherhood, you know, by killing Astrid upon meeting her (plus Vasha since he was a sick bastard), then proceeding to eradicate the Falkreath Sanctuary, in a way that even Lucien Lachance would be pleased if it were a legal Purification XD

But I've been thinking, in order to have Titus Mede II assassinated, well, the DB HAD to have survived, and I think there's a way to go around that, since, we all remember that if you kill the DB there are two characters who DID survive, these being Babette and Cicero, the former, well, I guess it was part of Beth's "no-child-killing" policy and the latter, 'cause he hadn't made it to Astrid's Sanctuary.

So, I'm planning that Dread Fall probably discovered the Sanctuary days later after my character destroyed it, she would probably find Cicero going inside and leaving the Nightmother outside a bit, and Dreadfall, being the Listener, would probably listen her (LOL nice pun!), and Cicero and Babette would be pissed, but the Nightmother wouldn't care for revenge for those who were weak enough to get killed (like in Oblivion).

And heck, I'd even like to make Nazir survive, maybe Babette managed to save him just in time before he bled out, that way, this could be the same result as the quest Death Incarnate

But well, this is just the initial brainstorm, there's still a lot of details to polish and a lot of time before I put this on paper, so feel free to add suggestions

Although, I'm not surprised that a lot of people like Lydia in my comic 'cause a LOT of people like Lydia in reality! She's probably the most popular follower I have seen, and probably the one that involves most sex fantasies as well ._. but I assure you, this will NOT happen in my comic, no siree, if I have learned something about fan fics, is to avoid at all costs to portray unnecessary romances, especially if they are born out of the writer's sheer whim *cough*Sonic fanfic*cough*cough*

Yeah, that'd work, if you wanna draw the whole flashback. Kinda clever, actually, and she probably met the fool on the road with a broken wheel. It all sews up rather neatly as if a lot of the embarrassing stuff with Astrid never happened. Did she keep the BoW, though? That's one artifact that shouldn't be lost.

That would explain the chest Lydia's hauling around (My favorite part, BTW. I knew I was in love when I saw that frame.) Of course, that pits your character against mine, do I smell a cross-over? (Jenassa is more than a match for Lydia, but I got nothing on Odaviing.)
