It is the "A Night to Remember" quest. you have to have giants toes, holy water and hargraven feathers to fix the staff but it is a miss-direction. you actually don't need thoose iteams and when you show up and speak to Sam Guevenne in winterhlem at the inn, he tells you to throw the iteams away "not needed". you will never find holy water anyway as it does not exist 9in the game anyway).

No goat saving for me, not even the option. Totally ok by me though. Ended up marrying Ysolda through this quest though, annnnd got rid of the damn wine and giant's toes. Thanks!
