Build a crypt. Build a village. Build a Big ass castle.
I currently am working on a castletown sort of thing. The castle spans a 100 by 100 area. the outer wall is 20 blocks high, the inner castle(the grand area at center back wall) has a throne room, and two towers that both rise to the height limit. Yeah it takes a shit ton of stone since I only use cobblestone on the flooring, but hey, that is why I have 10 furnaces cooking stone around the clock.
I also built a small side project off in a field. Farm, farmhouse, barn, and a hidden grotto in a cliffside that is a waterpool, a small hole to walk into it, and a nether portal.
It is time consuming, but has me coming back over and over to finish it.

I've gotten rather bored with Minecraft, seeing as I've been playing by myself a lot more than I used to. Once creative mode comes out, though, I'll be playing with friends again.
Have you gotten all the achievements?

I've been playing it a lot recently too and there comes a point where digging up resources in caves constantly gets boring. I already have a house and a farm so I have started building a huge castle right next to a couple lava waterfalls. Planning on making it my biggest build in my current world by a mile. It should keep me busy for a while.
