well, i just found out i have to choose between school, and love. not an easy decision to make, to be brutally honest. and yes that was an understatment.

have any of you had to make big life changing decisions before and how'd you come to the conclusion?

Don't keep us in the dark, girl. Give us the details!

Other than the usual easy stuff like deciding to work and make a living, I have not had to make any big life changing decisions, yet. Though, I know I will have to and I am ready. A certain someone is wanting to come see me.

Whoo! Teenagers in...love?! Bahahahahaha.

Two nights ago I had to choose between the Buffalo wings and the Chinese BBQ wings. It was a tough decision indeed. I didn't want to seem racist so I had the Chinese BBQ wings.

I haven't made any big life changing decisions, probably because I'm only 14 but yeah. o-o
If I were to be in that situation, I'd go with school tbh. Whatever choice you make Taya, I hope you realise it's the right one. ;o

Haha, that's epic.

Only real major decisions I've made have related to sport. Like whether to quit certain sports, or join ones.

As for your dilemma. School all the way. I dunno how 'love' can be something as important as removing yourself from school to be honest.

School. If the person you love really loves you back they should support your education and not force you to choose between them and your school. Although I say this without knowing the situation in the slightest soooo...

Education before love every time. The only person you can rely on is yourself. If they love you then they'll want you to put yourself first.

I've never had to make any life changing decisions. =\

You always want to put school before relationships in decisions like these. As much as you may love the girl, you've got to realize this is your life and nobody else's to direct.

OP is a girl.

But yeah, I really haven't had to make any big life-changing decisions yet. I doubt that'll happen for a while, actually. :/ I'm still young in the ways and eyes of the world.

Oh my bad.

Hope it all works out, Pirate, m'lady. Just don't let people hold you back from doing what you really want to do.

I have had big decisions made for me without my consent for most of my life, but I have yet to make any huge ones myself(well, I've made the only decision that matters, but I'm only 16 so it'll be a couple years before I can act on it and get out of Arkansas).

You shouldn't have to make that choice. Education is your future and affects what you can do in later life, the relationship may not work out and then what will you do? *That sounded so harsh 3:*

You never know, you could meet the love of your life in college.

The only big decisions I have ever made was to stay on in sixth form or to find a job. I am so glad I made the choice to stay on because I wouldn't have met such amazing people ^^"

Well, one day I had to choose between charmander, squirtle, and bulbasaur, but other than that I've never had to make a big decision.

Education is something good to have and everyone needs it, so go with that.

The population of the world is over 7,000,000,000. Seven billion. That means if you've found a one-in-a-million kind of guy, there's over 7000 people exactly like him. :3

Jokes aside, I'll hop aboard the "education first" bandwagon here... I can't speak for a lover when I say this but it shouldn't even be an option worth considering. Anyone who drags your education is only a burden to your full potential and it'll be a regret you'll have the rest of your life.

I tend to stray away from big decisions because I always feel that all my 'important' choices will end in death and destruction, so I'd rather not try.
