It seems decent to me although don't you think you'll have a lot of trouble against fire types?

As long as you have Pokemon to cover you weaknesses then you're fine. Might need something to help with Flying though.

Don't bother. Hail damages every other team member giving you a huge disadvantage. I suggest adding Tropius as you'll need a flyer.
