Just wanted to update some people with some news as we begin our transition from '12, to '13 and Gen V to Gen VI.
- Tag Update
- I've updated the notification bomb as of 10:40pm January 08, 2013 EST. Anyone who has posted in either Strategy, Battles, or Battle Tournaments over the last 30~ days has been tagged, to be caught up with any news. If you do not wish to be on the list anymore, or if you would like to add you or any of your friends that might have been missed, please contact MagnetBoy.
- Effectively immediately, the NeoLeague will be put on temporary hiatus, in order to restructure the league to create a more active and challenging experience. All badges won are considered nullified (sorry Vast)
- In regards to this I would like to open this thread to the community. I would like to hear what you guys liked about the NeoLeague and what changes or improvements you would like to see for it. A new Cabinet (if necessary) will be formed.
- The Battles forum is currently looking for a new forum header/footer.
- I can't even remember the last time we ever had something different up there. Please submit any entries via PM (Jeevs) me and I'll poll them towards the end of January.

The good: Pretty much all the gyms were covered.
The bad: Some gyms were solely ran by one leader, and those people weren't able to do battles in other formats.
Solution: WiFi-only = half-leader; PO-only = half-leader; Both = Full leader. The dual-Leader system has worked pretty well with a few Gyms (Bug, formerly Grass), and would open up the opportunity for those who have only half of the equation to get in on a piece of the action. And it also would mean no disgruntled participants who are put off because they cannot access the entire League.
That's all I can think of for now really.

Well, for the suggestions I have nothing new but I'm going to agree with what the others said...
More than one person should run a gym... because time zones restrictions can be pretty annoying.

I LIVE! I just shot you a PM, we can talk more on there or on PO. I have a host of ideas/issues/solutions we can discuss. Congrats on the mod as well, you certainly deserve it.
Are leaders still maintaining their leader position? Or will you be scrapping it all and starting fresh (this is my preference)?

I could give the header/footer a shot, although I'm frankly amateur at images and haven't edited anything in a while. 
I'm free to lending a helping hand for any other jobs that would make the transition go smoother so feel free to shoot a notif my way if you're short on help, Jeevs.
I can't say much for the NeoLeague and quite honestly I'm not in any position to considering my last challenge was months ago lol but I'll pitch in my suggestions in the future.
