On the level with the rising platform I can't get past the door at the top of the chamber and I have tried shooting the piggy banks (yes, all of them) and still the door isn't opening, even the frog guy went through but I couldn't please help me.

you have to hold down the spacebar for a while then you can destroy the piggy banks then the door will open
