go to the spy vending machine and take out the spoon and fork. go to the restaurant and the lady will panic about not having a fork. give her the fork from your gadget box. you'll see a cut scene of le roach's fingerprint appearing on the spoon. take it to the machine and use the spoon on the machine. the steel door will open.
