Subject: Balloon Generator...Where is it?

Stuck in the living room looking for the Balloon Generator...what am I missing? Got everything else. And I have thrown everything at that fan to turn it off with no results.

the balloon genarator is in the top left corner
there is a sign on it that says "helium". I had trouble with the fan for a while just keep throwing stuff the heat wave helps
