Subject: Brown Mushroom, Icefish, and unlocking Dirk & the Blacksmith?

Hey guys! I received a request from two people asking for 2 Brown Mushrooms and 1 Icefish, but of all my days foraging on the mountains, I have not found these two things. I live in Bluebell, and I'm currently in Spring 13.
I'm also wondering how I can unlock Dirk? Oh, and I would also like to know where the Konohana Blacksmith lives. Any help would be appreciated, thank you so much!

I find brown mushrooms all the time in the moutains. You unlock dirk on summer 1st when you walk into konohana.
