hi cant seem to work out how to use phone grapple when on the outside elavator i think its in the high treason level any tips would be much help chris

Hey just use the cirle on the hook thing on roof. And then click. Dont kill the man up by the hook because if u swing and hit him u get a bondmove. So basicly swing and hit the man dont shoot him ok.
