Konami has announced that Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance will be playable at this year's gamescom.
Pro Evolution Soccer 2013, Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 and Nintendo 3DS' Castlevania: Mirror of Fate will join Rising in Konami's playable titles at gamescom, which takes place during August in Germany.
Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance was playable during E3 this year, but this will mark the first ocassion where Platinum Games' hack-and-slash title will be open to the public.
Konami boss Martin Schneider said on bringing the aforementioned titles to gamescom in a playable form:

With new versions of Pro Evolution Soccer, Metal Gear and Castlevania: Lords of Shadow, fans and gamers are introduced to our best brands. And via Konami onAir, we can connect directly with our community and bring Konami’s Gamescom attractions to gamers all over the world – an exciting interaction that has never been at the show before."
Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance is due for a release during 2013.
