Me too but i guess you need to be a high level or something and more no one has posted a walktrough for this game!

Try a Petrificus Totalus with a ratnip to keep him frozen. Use items such as Pumpkin Pasties more than usual.The Vermillious may help too

I think you are talking about the wrong game... on the GBA you don't actually fight Aragog, you just leave after a cutscene.
