How do you do an elevator grind on the L.A. level?! It is driving me CRAZY!!!!!!

Wall ride up it from either side.
Wall ride: up and point to the wall and grind. (c-up)

You have to hit the elevator switch, ride up the elevator, then grind the railing all the way down;)
