What are some of the strongest Ice Pokemon in the game, or at the vest least, strongest non-Ice types that can use Ice attacks?

I am looking for a fast Pokemon that is strong and can use Ice attacks. Right now I am using Articuno, but he/she is not very fast.

Most water type pokemon can learn Ice Beam.

Mamoswine is good, Lapras, Dewgong. etc.

Are these all strong and most importantly fast? Can they be caught in SS?

I just plainly love Glalie, maybe its the idea of a conehead make of ice. Or maybe it reminds me of that sundae at Friendly's.

I use Mamoswine if you want a strong physical attacker. Unfortunately, there are not that many strong physical ice-type moves. You might want to go with Lapras because of its versatility. Check deep inside Union Cave on Fridays. Make sure the date on your DS is synced to real life. I know this has happened to me on a couple games.

How about Starmie? It's a crazy fast mother*bleep*er with lots of special attack too. And best of all, it learns BoltBeam.

Lapras or Glaceon. They're both pretty fast and can learn Ice moves.

Weavile is the best match to the description of strong and fast, being an ideal Ice typed Physical Sweeper. Then Mamoswine would be another good option.

Things like Glaceon and Lapras are quite slow. So they're not entirely what you're looking for.

As for fast and strong non-Ice types that can use Ice attacks, there's a fair few. Notable mentions going to Pokemon like Starmie and Gengar for example.

Gengar can't learn any Ice attacks. Weavile is fast and strong, and Mamoswine is slower, but still strong, and learns Ice Shard.
