Go to where the pokemon has a type advantage (like a water pokemon in a cave) then just keep facing the pokemon. Make sure they are around the same level.

AR makes it easy, but just go somewhere with high level Pokemon, and send your weak pokemon out, and then quick switch out.

I thought what I said was pretty obvious... Plus the exp share for low leveled pokemon when you fight with your highest against high levels.

I found a easier way to train is to do the league over and over again. That made it easie for me on Pokemon Platinum and Pokemon Heartgold

I think you should give as many pokemon as you can to the daycare. Use your bike and then take them back after a long time. Experience share helps, too. Take the gifts from your mom, even though they're cheesy. Challenge the elite 4 a lot.

ok the best way i found out for training is a lucky egg and go to my silver just out side the cave train in the grass you will vs pokemon around lv 40-47 i find this better and faster then the e4. im training up my celebi there right now, so i do advise you to do it

Mount Silver and Cerulean Cave can be both good places to level up low level Pokemon quicker by switching them out with higher ones with or without EXP Share.

just get exp. share, if you dont want to use that then i suggest going to mt silver and if you cant do that face the gym leaders again (which you can do i have done it). to do that go to serebii.net and it will tell you when and how you can face them over but they will have lvl 50 and higher pokemon so be ready.

you should take pokemon to the daycare center and then put another pokemon in the pokewalker and the rest just battle.

You should not use the quick switch method except for very very low level pokemon, or the daycare. This is because these methods don't give your pokemon upped stats so you could end up with a level 100 pokemon who only does 1 damage per hit. Just take your time and train them.

What I did was ( when you have surf ) Go into the water near Cinnawood. The Tentacools / Tentacruels give massive experience I did that and it's fast compared to grassy areas~
