Subject: Little Vista edit Problem

You see, I trie to edit to amount of Tribute you need for new miracles and buildings, but whe I changed the amoun and the total cost of each item, My laptop said Cannot Save, Make Sure Its In The Right Folder, I Have Admin rights, I have the only profile ont the laptop, whats going on? And what will solve this problem.
