Subject: Help!! game crash

Hi i have a problem. When i go into Black and White 2 and i want to make a new game {because of this crash i haven't been able to}It will go to the load screen then go to a black screen and sometimes if I'm lucky
Il get a type of floating dot that gos halfway across the screen and then Black and White 2 crashes 
Sombebody please help me! ow and i have all the requirements except its a vista i don't know if that really matters.EDIT:It's a laptop and on the spec sheet it says i have evreything exspet sound which i doubt has anything to do with this problem.Please help i've been waiting for so long

that happens to me 2 on a certain bit in the game
