ive just started on the plant on normal mode coz ive been collectin dog tags, and theres one slight problem WHERE THE HELL IS THE M9!!!!

Its in the room with submersible.....its by the two deep diving gear....
...and theres one in the shelf as well i think.

No, no, no! On normal mode, you have to go all the way to Strut F to get it. It's in the only room that you can open on the top floor.

Damn. That sucks. The only places I can remember ar near the diving gear and at the top of strut A where you crawl through the fence.

By the way, if you want the shaver, you need 100 dogtags from the plant. It's near the diving suits:P

For a quick way to get hte M9 in Normal mode,after you get control of Raiden,got to the left side,I think,to the FA Bridge.Go into Stut f,and cartwheel over the gap...Grab the M9 out of the corner...

All you have to do is in the first room in the Plant mission you appear in, go to the railing on the opposite side of the vent near the stairs where the bugs are, hang on to the railing and go right and then climb up and there's the Shaver.
