do you get any armers in this game because i saw meg man with a black armer in a picture.

You can by different armor at Higsby's shop, but I have not seen it change Megaman's armors' color.

when you buy the game and see in the book that the game bring it shows mega man with a black armer instead of blue.

Nah, that's not armor. I think it's BugStyle from Megaman Battle Network 3, and at most, it's an INSERT PIC, instead of a pic of Chaud and Protoman.
The armor you get in the game 1/2 damage of that element, and do NOT affect Megaman's appearance.
