Simply aim for the "arms" of the venomous tentacula and cut them off with diffendo. to get the last ones you need to go forward then retreat backwards to get into a good position to "cut" all the arms off. Once this is done just go by the tentucula carefull not to step on the still moving mouth. Also move left and right to get into a good position to cut more arms off.

I just cast Diffindo on it once, then just run past it up the grass bank as fast as I can.
