Advance Wars: Days of Ruin. That's about the only Wi-Fi game I have and play. Oh, and Animal Crossing: Wild World, but I haven't turned it on in like, FOREVER.

Hows Advance Wars? From what I remember reading in Nintendo Power it sounded pretty awesome.

Strategy post apocalyptic goodness.

Also, mapmaker.

I wouldn't mind getting it. I just need the spare money...

Are there any good maps made, or are they sadistically difficult?

Depends on how you play. Ie, if you pick a CO (commanding officer, basically your 'leader' who, when recruited, gives bonuses, if you didn't know) who gives bonuses to land units, a sea battle will be hard against a CO who boosts sea units, or vice versa.

In mapmaker, you can make any type of map you favor. You can create a mountain-filled landscape or a sea map dotted with land. Or, if you're bored enough, set up the enemy so you have about 10-15 of the best tanks right around their main building.

----------------

I got LOTR:Conquest DS. It's GREAT. The only downside is there are VERY, VERY few maps. Otherwise, it's awesome, and there are units favoring any game style.

If you prefer up close and personal, wide area of effect melee attacks, warrior.

If you prefer distance and staying away from the main fight, archer.

If you prefer taking charge and leading troops, mage. Mainly because the mage has a heal ability as well as a small attack that leaves a small area to damage the enemy (it's hard to explain.)
