Subject: Civ IV, Colonization for Mac is very "buggy"
I'm running this on a MacBook Pro Core 2 Duo 2.4 Mhz with the Nvidia 8600M GT.
I must admit that this is only the second time I've played the game... but...
Often, when I click on a unit to do something -- i.e., direct a Pioneer unit to build a road to a specific space, the game acknowledges the beginning of the command by showing a path to where I want it to go, and then -- I left-click again, and ... nothing!!! Then (of course) I try a right-click and ... nothing. The game acknowledges that the unit has been selected, but will not execute the "orders" -- and the unit "remains selected" until the "next turn" key is depressed -- which negates the ability to accomplish anything with subsequent units.
That's only one of several "buggy" behaviors I've endured.
I've owned, played and loved Civ I thru Civ IV for Mac.
But Colonization for Mac is, apparently, very poorly done.
