Fitness Thread 1 / Fitness Thread 2

Since fitness talk has filled two threads now I think it's clear we football loungers are all shredded as *bleep*?

Seriously tho, I hate cutting. I just can't do it properly. I can lose fat but at the expense of muscle mass to. I can never hit 180g of protein a day for like 2 months. Might just give ketosis a whirl, though I realise that also involves a high amount of protein...

Last thread ended with everyone posting their heights/weights and Orion Chuzzlewitt worrying that he may be heading towards a heart attack any day now.

Was reading through everyone's ht/wt stats, everyone seems so scrawny!

I'm 1.77m with 90kg bodyweight. Resting heart rate 48-50 and normal body fat percentage. Get to the gym guys!

Legend, haven't checked my heart rate since I quit smoking, it would be interesting.

I've put on some much needed weight, enough to play around with and set me to a healthy weight.

Depending on what you mean by 'normal' bf%, 90kg is *bleep*ing huge.

False standard or whatever but from what ive found, zyzz was only about 95kg at his peak and he was supposedly taller.

Top work on the arms and shoulders hogan m8, can really see the change. Have to say I can't see much difference in your chest but I know from experience what a bitch it is trying to gain size there so I'll let that slide.

Because I don't actually fancy doing that can you tell me what it means?

And fair play on the progress so far, you look like you're dying in that first, your arms and shoulders are just flesh and bone basically nice oblique's though. Your collarbones still freak me out a bit lol.

Christ denners, you play rugby or something? You're 4 inches shorter than me and about 14 kg heavier lol.

no regrets.

i hate my collarbones too, but hey, i'm still waiting for a exercise to be invented for them.
i just had my first cheat day in about 5 weeks also. spicy meat feat pizza, garlic bread with cheese and large chips. will pay for it tomorrow.

i generally stick to the same thing.

breakfast could be either of 3 boiled eggs, 3 pieces of wholemeal bread and a glass of orange.
bowl of oats and a banana
fruit and fibre/muesli and a banana

dinner
some sort of fish, mackerels the favourite at the moment, sometimes with pasta but mainly brown rice.

tea, i'll just have whatever my mums cooking, never unhelathy mind, 5 days out of 7 we have some sort of meat.

supper, pasta if i havn't already had it or protein pancake made by myself.

then i'll have peanut butter on toast, fruit, yoghurt, nuts, a protein shake a day, cooked chicken breast to snack on inbetween meals.

maybe a weight gainer if i need to hit the calories.
