Wind-Up Shark is very balanced. Wind-Up magician is the one thats causing the problems. Shark on its own wouldn't be as much of an issue without Magician zerg rushing everything. Even Magician isn't (relatively) too much of a problem, either
Abysslinde doesn't deserve a spot because Mermails are just shittydw with lots of hype. Its an okay deck, but nowhere near broken.
Gransoil isn't broken, hes a solid boss monster who doesn't do anything too majorly overpowered.

I'll give you Hornet and Moulinglacia, I agree with those (not as much Moulinglacia, seeing as he isn't as abusable as the cards I'm about to list)

Inzektor Hornet (Order of Chaos)
Inzektors single-handedly dominated the OCG format in March, and Hornet is the centerpiece of the deck. More than that, though, is that Hornet controlled the card choices that every deck could make: No one could run any non-chainable traps (or anything else not named Effect Veiler or Solemn), and any single card that controls a format is DEFINITELY broken. I think we all already know this, anyway.

Evolzar Laggia (Photon Shockwave)
A walking solemn judgment, konami stahp plis. Shits like Shi En on crack, and Shi En controlled a format as well. Laggia could be brought out by a single card, making an instant +1. It could then be brought out in multiple copies like Shi En bro consistently, considering Rabbit ran an effective 7 copies of single-card Laggia. The hell you smoking konami, and stop milking our cash to smoke it.

Wind-Up Carrier Zenmaity (Order of Chaos)
The soft FTK with this guy is bad enough that it spawned Divekick.dek, the deck from hell that showed just how splashable the windup handloop engine is with 3 maity and a hunter. Aside from that, however, he can end games easily (3 Zenmaity and a Giga-Brilliant or an Acid Golem makes for 7500 damage. Add in a Fruitopia from magician + shark and you hit 10k). Even if hunter was banned, Wind-Ups would love to have more copies of this guy as him being available in the extra means they still have an opportunity to OTK your face off with a card named Wind-Up Rat or Tour Guide from the Underworld.

One Day of Peace (Photon Shockwave)
This card really has no use outside of alt-win condition decks. However, in alt-win decks, it is the most ungodly, overpowered, vile thing ever. In chain burn, it gives you 2 extra cards to blow your load over your opponent with. In countdown, it gives you 2 extra cards to stall with, 3 turns' worth for Countdown itself, and immunity that the opponent can't do shit about. In Exodia, it shrinks your deck to 34, gives you a free draw, and is safety in case you can't FTK that turn.

Hieratic Dragon King of Atum from Galactic Overlord. Its effect, for me, may as well say: "Once per turn, detach 1 Xyz Material, Special Summon 1 Tuner Monster from your Deck."

And more. For REDMD shenanigans, thus even more Xyz/Synchro Summoning.

...Swampy, Laggia was rereleased in a 2012 Tin. His argument resounds for everything 'cept Peace. Suck my big meaty jowls(You thought I was gonna say penis, ha!)

Anyway, my three are:

1: Wind-Up Carrier Zenmaity.

It's basically a Themed Tour Guide that you summon from the extra deck. With generic materials and an overpowered effect, the card made Wind-Ups last format. It made Wind-Up Rat the single sackiest topdeck in the game, worse than Rescue Rabbit(considering if you're topdecking in Rabbit, you're in a bad bad place).
I'm not going to bother explaining the hand loop because Kent already nailed that...nail...on the...head, yeah that was poorly thought out, anyway, moving on!

2: Geargiarmor.

This card has a solid defense, brutal effect, and single-handedly fuels an entire deck.
With enough power to hurt anything not at 2000, which is often either hard to get on the field or removed by the deck's ridiculous amounts of space for backrow, he's going to trigger.
He single-handedly pulls an entire deck into being tier 1. That shouldn't happen, period. And while I'll be the first to tell you that Gears have a lot more power and abusable combos than just Armor, he's the core of the deck, and nobody can dispute that.

3: God's Own Personal Anti-Son-Of-A-Bitch Machi...I mean Tour Guide from the Underworld(It was released again in the Hanzo tin and battle back, my nuts: Your face, with a side of crumpets.)

Tour Guide is...
Oh god, do I even have to say it? Everypony and their pet Spike knows how stupid that Whore Guide is. She's one of the three most recognizeable cards in Yugioh, even by people who don't -play-(I did a survey...I was bored. Don't judge me.)
She's a free plus one, at no cost to you, that forces your opponent to veiler or stop in some way, or you do something stupid. Or you sit on her and sangan and profit. Or in certain cases, you bounce her for birdman and profit anyway.

Every deck I've seen that doesn't have its own themed rank 3 Engine uses her. The only ones I've recently seen that don't rely on that cancer-ridden puppy are Sams, Geargia, Inzektors, and Mermails. She's too much
