It's not exactly a remake of the arcade donkey kong. It's a remake of the Donkey Kong game for the old game boy (aka Donkey Kong '94). And comes with an editor (used with the GCN connection)

Donkey Kong Country 2 is the best Donkey Kong game ever. It took me 4 years to beat up to 100%.(That is, if course, playing on and off). I still have the game.
It's comin to GBA, hopefully. I can't wait for number 3 mostly because I never bought Donkey Kong Country 3 for SNES.

Too bad they don't have a real release date for DK2 though... Oh well, I don't care. As long as I know it's coming out, I'm gettin' it!
I can't wait! I hope the graphics are better than the SNES version with newer levels and stuff.

If you thought the lava world was hard, just wait until you get to the other places. However, Kremland is pretty fun, the roller coaster rides are wonderful.

the gba version is exactly the same as dkc for snes exept fr warp barrels, candys dance and funkys fishing

Guys, you're getting WAY off-topic! Donkey Kong Plus is NOT a remake of a DKC game, it's a remake of the arcade game.
Actually I don't think it's coming out...I think Mario VS. Donkey Kong took its place...
