I found some pictures of the game off of IGN.
Pictures two and three are of Quidditch, so this could mean we're seeing the return of playing Quidditich in this game? This would be something I'd like to see, as it would definitely help to mix up the gameplay.

The video confirms a few features: Quidditch; potion making. It also says the release date is November 2008 but somehow I don't think that is true

Gameplay Video 4 - details most of the new features. "Muliti-player duelling" hints at the fact that we'll be getting online...
Quick outline of new features:
- Potion making
- Quidditch returns
- Duelling improved
- Muliti-player duelling (?)
- New places, outside of Hogwarts, to see
- A more complete Hogwarts than before
