i hate the hi-rank (nekhot) garuga. its attack is so suckin' powerful that i got killed in just 20 min---game over!

Do the quest again without any intention of beating it, just watch it's moves cause it's pretty predictable. Basically just watch how fast it turns and what moves coincide with the turning speed.

the gaoren only do that in a fixed place. It is unrelated if you're there or not. simply stay away when it does that.

1. get better armor. when you get hit, you wont be damaged as badly
2. PAY ATTENTION TO WHERE THE MONSTER IS ATTACKING. avoid these areas. it cant hit you if youre not there to be hit

High or low rank? Cba to check if the fort mission is high or low rank.

If it is here is a good set that might help you out for DS
armor: Full ceanataur S
weapon: corpse blades
skills: Evade +1, attack up small and sharpness +1.
Bring some juices in order to maintain your demon dance mode. Thanks to the evade +1 skill you can easily roll through his tail wips and wing-jump slashes. Keep your focus on his head because then he mostly does tail wips which are easily avoided, at the same time you'll be attacking his weakspot. Don't always use demon dance since most of the times you'll only be able to hit him a couple of times with it and it leaves you vulnerable. Better is to do some normal triangle attacks, roll away and repeat.
If he does two wing slices, jumps and changes direction and then slices again he'll often do a taunt. It's a good moment to attack/demondance his tail.

Corpse blades are made from rathalos and rathian mats. STarts with the red saber (SnS) then go to twin flames and then upgrade more.

now i am up to hi rank garuga again. again and again my ass is being kicked by him. even my black bow 1 + m.armorskin, m.demondrug, power and armorcharms and even power juice still cant beat him. anyone kind enough to give some help?

I presume your sword bounces(if you use a sword) when you fight him. Get yourself a Black Katana Mk. III, some flash bombs, flash him and aim for his tail. DO NOT STOP UNTIL HIS TAIL IS CUT. Once it is, his tail bash will no longer be of concern to you, and that rolling air attack he does is barely accurate anyway. Then, be patient and keep staying to his left or his right, not in front of him, and wait 'till he spits fireballs, hit him that time, then dodge away from him when you think he'll turn for you. That's the main idea, but you could improvise. Also, when fighting him, bring demondrugs and power seeds, use the pill when he's in the same area as you and try filling your katana's power bar, it'll really enhance the damage output overall.
I had the same trouble with him until I figured you either need a hammer or a black katana, and the latter proved more effective.

I guess your problem is too many get hit
Garuga is a hybrid of Kut-ku and Rathian. Once you got familiar enough with its attack, they should be no problem.
