kk fine I'll do a quick write-up
Found the bracket:
The most memorable matches were between Met and Loser. Met was a g&w that I'm sure I've seen somewhere before. Won the first match, then he took me to green greens and camped the sides, then I took him to battlefield and almost lost, but came back cause DK don't take no shit.
Loser was an mk player who put the meta in metaknight, constant nados and not-letting-dk-touch-the-ground made the crowd silent...but then I giant punched like eight times a match and won 3-2. Finished the set with a giant punch on delfino and the crowd jumped up and I fist bumped everyone, even the cosplay chicks, **** yeah(there was a really good vanille from FF13).
Then I fought Iori and lost 0-3 to his wolf. No johns, I just got outplayed. Out of the people there that I recognized(cheap, bunbun winnar, duchock, munkus and iori) only he and I made it to top 4 which was really surprising. Anyway, I made 68 bucks and enjoyed the rest of the con.
Note that I got dq'ed from winners bracket while trying to find my two little sisters and my bro I brought along(they wanted to see johnny yong bosch and all the cosplay at the con). I didn't lose to Al and I have no idea who or what he played. Fought my way up to grand finals cause I didn't give a **** and still made bank.

We actually watched that vid as part of moogle's bday party. Very nice.
I haven't been keeping up with the meta, but this guy makes Ike look smooth. And lol @ crowd throwing controllers during matches.

It's like the blue shell of Capcom fighting games. Except it takes a tad bit more skill to use. Just a little bit though, not a whole lot.
