I recommend watching 'Henry Portrait of a Serial Killer'. Its demented yet bloody hilarious at the same time.

What is everyones opinions on 300? I recently watched it and I was left mildly unimpressed. I really don't know what I was expecting but it left me feeling bored in some parts and underwhelmed at others. Although I did make the fatal error of watching it when I was very tired. This has made me dislike films that are actually quite good in the past. Is it worth a re-watch?

I bought it last month for £5 and still haven't watched it yet. I've been told it's good though.

If your talking about Iron Man, he built the suit to prolong his life. He had a heart problem.
If not then I have no idea.

yeah i know, but what i was trying to say is theres no way he would have been able to build it, even if he did have the equipment, which he didnt, he surely couldnt have known how to build it if his own scientist dont know

the best film iv ever seen....
iv watched it about 4 times... it builds up brilliantly to the battles, honestly the best film iv ever seen.
definitely should rewatch it, shouting SPARTA and AWOO along with the film also helps iv not been wrong once with my film recommendations yet... The Butterfly Effect, The Number 23, Ali, some of my friends were unsure about these films and after my recommendations they watched them and liked them but youve already seen this one so it doesnt count

I saw that movie twice, and I must admit that it's worth re-watching it. It is a very dramatic movie, whcih has some epic fighting scenes with a good story.

In the film he builds the suit to escape his kidnappers. I don't know if that differs from the source material.

My friend went to watch it and said it was very poor, and the worst Steven Spielberg film he has seen.

Going on what Jack said about Indiana Jones, I can verify that it is true. Unless you like Special effects the whole damn movie, then this movie is moderately so-so. Honestly, it was terrible, and the worst of the IJ's to date, in my opinion. Greg's Verdict: 5/10. (average.)

Maybe, I haven't seen any of the Indiana Jones movies but I'm curious about them.

I watched I Am Legend in 1080p Blu-Ray the other night. I watched it in the dark, late at night, on my own and with loud surround sound. I also had a few beers.

Suffice to say, I was absolutely terrified at points. I thought it was a brilliant film, and the special effects were very good, even though they got criticised by some critics.

The only thing I can say against it was that near the end it all gets a bit Gody. You know, the old "God loves us" etc. etc.

Fantastic film, the best new film that I have seen in years.

I borrowed a mates 'directors cut' version of The Lord of the Rings today and to my surprise I enjoyed it. Bit daft that it ends just at the crunch point though........

That would be to bring people back for the sequel.

Well yeah, but nevertheless I was getting pumped up for the big finish, then it went off. It was as though I started something I couldn't finish........I'll have to get the next one.

How are you doing on The Lord of the Rings films, Pauliepoos?

If you ever read the books, you'll want to re-watch the films. If you're anyting like me, I assure you that you will not like the films as much after reading the books. You find yourself looking for differences. You'll find yourself saying "That didn't happen!". Well I did anyway.

Still, great films and great books.
