I think the Kaioken isnt a transformation because i saw a vid at youtube and goku just buzzed out of kaioken and his energy was the same.

its a transformation, his finisher is still a spirit bomb, but its more powerful.

He probably means that the spirit bomb will do more damage at Kaioken level than at noral level, but the move itself won't change.

I'm just happy that they haven't gone back to "King Kai Fist" as in the original Budokai. I hated that name.
