Well we have been waiting for a long time finally almost all the information regrading the game is out there. So what do you think? Will this game disappoint Tales of Symphonia fans because of the comes and goes of the guest from the old cast? Or do you think it's going do you think it's going to do well?
I think it's going to sell only because Tales of Symphonia did well in the market, but ultimately, I think it's going to disappoint most of the ToS fans because of the comes and goes of the old cast. I mean it's looking at it looks likes it going to be a the lovely-dovely type storyline.
I might be a bit negative because I wanted a entire new cast/world map

. So in a way I'm already disappointed.

So did ToS if I remember correctly.

I think my main dissapointments will be with the monster recruiting, the wonder chef, and the lack of permanent characters... hopefully the storyline and fighting can make me enjoy it despite all that... i still wish they made a game where you are mithos yuan martel and kratos in the past

i hope they make a sidequest out of it, since a new game seems unlikely.

He probably devoted his life along with lloyd to protect the tree considering he was in love with martel.
As for the other thread. The eternal sword probably fused into Lloyd's infinite power exsphere..

no the eternal sword was still seperated in to the material swords. that means that lloyd never meant to use the eternal sword again, and emil will probab;y obtain the sword since in most tales games u get it in 1 form or another. wat about dirk, vanguard, CM, or maybe neutral with the other 7 and maybe altessa and yuan. have you noticed that it seems like lloyd isn't trying when he fights them, and he fights them at the seals if u haven't noticed.

The eternal sword is most deffinitely not a part of Lloyd exsphere because it is in the vorpal sword and flamberge in tales of phantasia.

I agree with Anon_Y_Mous I think it will dissapoint returning fans, and newcomers will love it. Not saying all returning fans won't love it, but it will just be average to most of them. Which would be good for me since I'm a new comer.

Yes, Tales of Symphonia had the romantic theme to it that's why I'm a bit negative seeing done
again.

I don't see any improvement to the battle system aside from capturing monsters and hopefully it's really fun to capture them, because I don't see anything new aside from that.
One thing I didn't mention in my first post, I've always liked how Tales of Series gives the feel of an anime and has always done it well.

Maybe it's good that they don't change the battle system up too much why fix something that's not broken or at least don't take a chance breaking it.
They can tweak it a bit, but really they shouldn't change everything.

I've followed the Tales series since it's Tales of Eternia release and Tales after Tales the series has shown new improvement in every new Tales. So I'm not too afraid that it's going to fall apart now. However I doubt is the same team that made the first Symphonia, but I have no source to prove that is not.

So what do you think they could do to really improve this game?
