Subject: What you want out of TDB?

What aspects of RPGs would make TDB great? And what are you expecting.
Not so much a speculation thread, but a what you would like to see thread.
Aside from decent game play (Battle system), possibly one of the most crucial aspects of RPGs
I am tired of the sheer laziness of game companies that force you to just simply point and click on the overworld map. I prefer to be able to walk around, wander, and explore.
Things that add hours to the gameplay, plus make the game a lot more fun and interesting.
Contrary to my views on movement, in battle I prefer to just point and click. Perhaps using the touch screen to determine critical hits or something, but not for the main features of battle.
Any other thoughts?

how about leveling up, like of specific characters just like paper mario 2. And i would also love sidequest, that makes games longer and funner

^ Same. Mini games would be fun. Also, I hope it comes with a Japanese setting!

The Chao's should take care of the mini-games, as well as some of the sidequests I would reckon. Just a speculation, with some evidence from this months GI.

^ No, if the Japanese had it, we'd know everything about the game. Trust me, it takes 30 seconds for them to finish the game and post all about it,
Haha...But, I expect it to be better than previous games. Like, a good storyline. One I can get involved and obsessed with. Haha... And also fun.

The plural Of "Chao" is "Chao", BTW. Not "Chaos".

I just hope they make the story good now, and Dexter is likeable. I really hope they don't try and make this a new game, but go more old school.
