Did everyone see the screen shots? There are a lot of them! Go on google and type in "sonic chronicles screen shots" and then you should find somthing.

shot one: doesn't make the game look that good.
shot two: hmm, a little better.
shot three: now we're getting somewhere.
shot four: isn't this the same place as shot two?
shot five: uh, 202 rings out of 0? WTF?
shot six: hmm, the fight is getting somewhere...
shot seven: these ring counts don't make sense.
shot eight: uh, hey, I've missed a screenshot!
shot nine: no comment...
shot ten: this is kinda good artwork for the scenery, but the characters on the top screen are sort of badly done.
shot eleven: isn't this shot one? Oh wait, sonic's jumping in shot one, heh...
This game looks alright, it might not work ot, but if it has any decent super form, i'm in!

i think that this game is going to be really good
But i just hope that it is not like Sonic Battle, that was REALLY bad.

Maybe it is an RPG type game that will relate to the game Super Mario RPG or something on that wavelength, or even Fire Emblem (looks into camera smiles and winks).

There are some new screen shots on the game's official site, there are quite a range of enviroments (Forest/Swamp, Icy, City, Desert, ect)

I found one screenshot, which looks like they are fighting, but Tails and one of the enemies are badly outlined. I wonder what that's about.
